The group comprises online data company Interactive Prospect Targeting Limited (IPT) and email broadcasting and database manager EmailBureau Limited. In May 2006, IPT acquired Directinet SA, one of the leading online direct marketing services in France. This was followed by the creation of IPT France and, in June 2007, by the acquisition of NP6 SAS, a leader in email broadcasting in France. The combined group creates Europe's largest online direct marketing company, providing pan-European end-to-end solutions. In February 2007, IPT acquired 78.68% of the issued share capital of Real World Customer Experience Limited, parent company to the leading market research brands Tpoll Market Intelligence Ltd, Tpoll Direct and the Stimulating World.
