Description of Business

Interactive Prospect Targeting provides a range of interactive direct marketing solutions to European advertisers through its French businesses Directinet, NP6 and NetCollections.

Directinet is France's leading email marketing agency offering consultancy services as well as the provision of targeted email addresses and full campaign management.

NP6 owns one of Europe's leading email delivery platforms, MailPerformance, with offices in Bordeaux, Paris and London.

NetCollections uses its website Butinéo to collect consumer data for permission-based email marketing activity.

IPT also offers a range of market research solutions through its Tpoll Market Intelligence, Tpoll Direct, Stimulating World and Integra Insight brands.

Newletters Online offers interactive marketing solutions designed for financial advertisers through its email newsletters and its EveryInvestor website.
